As winter comes to a halt in most parts of North America, slush gives way to Spring in the mountains, which is what most of us consider the start of Summer. June is the perfect month to head to the mountains. The temperatures are mostly mild with chilly nights, and a slight unpredictability of the weather makes it an exciting time to visit your favorite ski areas when the crowds have subsided. June in the mountains is the time when resorts start kicking off their Summer events. Some are unexpected, others a little crazy and some are even a bit muddy. If you’re looking for a change of scenery, check out these fun and interesting June events going on at resorts across North America.
