In many parts of the country, trees are becoming bare, and the air is getting more crisp. This can only mean one thing: winter is coming. Here is a breakdown of opening days, from the east coast, to midwest, to the Sierra Nevadas, and in between.

Keep in mind these ski resort opening dates are estimated or tentative, and subject to change. Always check a mountain’s snow report before you go, so you can have the best experience possible. While you’re waiting for opening day at your home mountain, do a snow dance and pray for snow. #winteriscoming #elnino

You forgot Mont Saint-Sauver in Quebec which opened October 20th. FYI Banff is considered to be part of Western Canada (BC &Alberta). You do not need to add BC to the title of Western Canada as it is the western most province, Central Canada includes Manitoba & Saskatchewan. Eastern Canada is comprised of Ontario, Quebec, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland.
