Late season snow blanketed a handful of resorts in North America and has lead to several extended ski seasons. Even in May, resorts are STILL seeing prime conditions, so get out there and enjoy it while it lasts!
1. Arapahoe Basin, CO: Bonus Weekend, June 9-11
With over three of feet of snow in May so far, Arapahoe Basin plans to keep the party going. The resort just announced they will be re-opening for a bonus weekend of skiing and riding June 9 to 11.
2. Aspen Mountain, CO: Re-Opening For Memorial Day Weekend
Thanks to a snowy May in the Rockies, Aspen Snowmass just announced they will also be opening for a bonus weekend of summer skiing this Memorial Day weekend (May 27-29). The Ajax Express lift will be spinning from 10:00am – 2:00pm, offering 130 acres of terrain on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The Silver Queen Gondola will also be running from 10:00am – 4:00pm for sightseeing.

3. Squaw Valley, CA: Open Saturdays In The Summer As Conditions Allow
At the beginning of May, Squaw officially announced that they will be staying open past July 4, a first in the resort’s history. With a cumulative snowfall of 724 inches, Squaw has dubbed this season the “Endless Season” and plans to continue operations as far into summer as possible.
4. Mammoth Mountain, CA: Open Until At Least July 4th
With a season total of 616” of snow, Mammoth Mountain announced back in February that they will be extending its season at least through July 4.

5. Mt. Bachelor, OR: Re-Opening For July 4
With a cumulative snowfall total of 600 inches this season, Mt. Bachelor plans re-open for July 4. Aiming to offer top-to-bottom terrain, the lifts will spin from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on July 2, 3 and 4 (weather permitting).
